genuine thoughtfulness comfortable stay great location

i enjoyed the cleanliness. the minibar was restocked. every staff member displayed genuine thoughtfulness making our stay very comfortable. the rooms were perfect and the location was great. i will recommend this hotel.

i found one very slight negative detail. the room was a bit small for the price.

The room was styled amazingly. The Beautiful Suite Sea View included large windows. I also appreciated the superb breakfast. The fresh juice was AMAZING!!!

Really good service, prime location

champagne welcome breakfast option prime location attentive staff

The team welcomed me with a glass of champagne. Breakfast offered numerous options and tasted great. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and the waterfront. The staff was always ready to meet my needs, even preparing breakfast and coffee for early departures, REALLY!!!

The room lacked ample workspace for belongings. i could hear the bathroom drainage every time someone flushed, and it was quite loud.

Staff remembered my preferences for breakfast and drinks. On my last evening, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of Cap Classique because it was close to my birthday, which i considered a thoughtful touch. They certainly was pretty good.

The staff offered Really good service throughout my visit. The breakfast had fresh juice and a superb meal selection each morning. The location allowed easy access to shops and various restaurants nearby.

The bathroom drainage made NOISE, every time the toilet was flushed.

black mold bleach scent

The staff provided good service. They paid attention to our needs.

I found black mold at the base of the face basin. It surrounded the entire fixture. The toilet also smelled quite bad each time I entered the room. The bed sheets did not smell fresh. They had a thick bleach scent. Some light switches had food stains.
